City Segway Tours of Washington D.C. is ready to help you make the most of your family’s vacation, company’s conference, or other organizational event. We offer private tours for small groups and urban expeditions for groups of up to 50 people at a time (larger groups are placed in smaller groups with the opportunity for the group to meet as a whole at several tour destinations). Additional segways may be rented for larger groups. Please inquire about the possibilities available for your group and how our segway tours just might be the best experience you’ve had in DC.

Private Tours

Private tours with City Segway Tours consist of only your group with a guide or guides. We believe in a personal, “hands on” approach that makes any group outing a blast! These tours are at a premium due to being scheduled further in advance, increased tour flexibility, and other special considerations. City Segway Tours - Washington DC has vast experience with a variety of events over the past few years. Past events include private lunch or dinner glides, special routes & tour offerings, birthday parties, and wedding parties (including marriage proposals). Corporate Outings

Numerous corporate groups in the DC area have seen the potential a Segway team-building experience can offer. We can bring the Segways to virtually any location in the tri-state area to organize the tour in areas convenient for you. Multiple guides will be ready to break your Team into smaller groups for training and then departure. Give your colleagues an opportunity to get out of the conference room and into the driver’s seat of a Segway! You’ll be surprised by how great a team-building opportunity this is. Most people have never been on a segway, and learning to glide together creates a unique bonding experience for each group joining City Segway Tours. Considerations:

Pricing & fees for private segway events are based on & may include: restaurant stops, food & beverages for a meet & greet &/or end of the tour celebration, banner advertising, a list of retail options, tour times, number of participants &/or guides, program planning & tour development, transportation costs, additional segway rentals, and truck rentals for special starting & ending locations within the city, etc. Payment in full by company check or credit card will reserve this tour, which is required upon confirmation of program proposal.

This reservation is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled, 7 days (1 week) or more prior to the scheduled tour. Partial refunds for changes in total number of participants are also given, but these changes are required at least 7 days prior to the event as well. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed plane, overslept…) within 1 week of the scheduled tour, unless cancelled due to lightning.
