Great way to learn about our Capital

The Best way to see this beautiful city

A Truly Memorable Event
It was a lot of fun. The tour guide did his job well, gave us good descriptive commentary with apt anecdotes. Of course, what made this so special were the Segways. They are a delightful surprise! A training session with them is held prior to venturing out on the tour. Here too our guide was very good in teaching us how to operate the vehicle. The tour included many sites, from the White House to the Capitol. A truly memorable event!

Easier than learning to ride a bike
The Segway was more fun and much easier to handle than I ever thought it would be. It is easier than learning to ride a bike. The tour guide was very informative and I learned some new DC trivia and was reminded of things I had heard before. It was a little scary at first having to navigate between all the pedestrians and crossing streets, but I found the tour to be well worth the money and time.

Cliff Notes of DC
We had a great time! Matt was our tour guide. He rocks! Totally funny and knows the city!! Even gives good food recommendations. I highly recommend the Segway as an efficient mode to do lots of sightseeing in one fall swoop. It’s like doing the cliff notes of D.C. ... if you’re in town for a few days, I’d do the Segway first and then go back to whichever monument/museum later for a more in-depth visit.

Highlight of our trip
This was definitely the highlight of our visitor’s trip and ours also even though we live locally. In fact they (our visitor’s) were still talking about it today on the way to the airport for their long flight back home to Australia! Matt is an exceptional tour guide, a most congenial and affable fellow. The combination of experiencing the fun of a Segway, the great sites of DC, Matt’s personality and commentary truly makes the trip an awesome experience. We are undoubtedly recommending this to all of our friends - citizens and foreigners alike.

Highly Recommend
I would highly recommend doing the DC Segway tour through THIS company. Our tour guide, Matt, was a complete riot and made the tour that much more enjoyable. We got to see the sights, learn some history, and have races right in front of the White House. Good times.

Soooo fun!
Riding segways is soooo much fun!! If you haven’t done it, you should definitely try it. Our guide, Matt, was awesome…funny and very informed on DC history!

A Great Time
We had a great time! There was enough “fun facts” to keep our interest (even though we’re DC natives), without overwhelming or distracting us from the amazing experience of zipping around on the segway. The group leader, Megan, did a great job of ensuring that everyone was comfortable with operating the segway before beginning the tour. Now we have something new to do with future out-of-town guests that we’d love to do again!
