About Us
Since receiving permission from the City of Berlin to conduct Segway Tours in summer of 2008, we've led thousands of satisfied customers through the city. Here are just a few of the reasons why we're confident you'll have a great time riding with us:
- Our tours provide a very personalized service. The maximum number of participants we have join per tour guide is just 8 people.
- We have a large fleet of the newest i2 model Segways conveniently located under the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz.
- We do not rent our machines because 1) we feel having a qualified guide conduct in-depth safety training is imperative and 2) we want to ensure our machines are in the best condition.
- We have a best-price guarantee on private tours. We realize other Segway tour companies have sprung up, and we're happy to match any competitive offer from companies offering the same tour.
- Our Segways don't have ads on them so you don't look awkward riding a giant advert.
- If you're not satisfied you don't pay. And after training if you're not comfortable and don't want to ride the Segway, you can either stay with your group on bike or we'll provide a refund.
- Free rain ponchos in case it rains.
